Getting Started

What is Shapiful?

Shapiful is a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows you to create 3D-printable labels, signs, and custom objects. You can design from scratch or upload an STL file to add text, braille, or QR codes directly.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Shapiful runs entirely in your browser. Just log in with your account (or Google authentication) and start designing.

What 3D printers are supported?

Shapiful exports slicer-ready STL files, which are compatible with all major 3D printers, including:

  • Creality Ender Series
  • Prusa MK3/MK4
  • Bambu Lab X1-Carbon
  • Anycubic, Elegoo, Phrozen, and more

Which materials and technologies are supported?

Your exported models can be printed with:

  • FDM/FFF (PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon)
  • Resin printers (SLA/DLP/MSLA)
  • Powder-based methods (SLS, MJF, Binder Jetting)
  • Metals (DMLS, SLM, EBM)

Accounts & Access

Do I need an account?

Yes, you’ll need an account to save, export, and manage designs. You can sign up with an email or log in using Google authentication.

Troubleshooting

The text is not showing properly on my model.

  • Verify the surface is large and flat enough for the chosen text.
  • Adjust text size, alignment, or placement.
  • Use embossed or engraved style for better visibility.
